The payment process is operated through the wire payment and is safe to return or refund*

Due to the high demand some of our items might not be currently in stock.
Anyways it's always possible for you to buy it with an extended waiting time. Restocking usually takes around five workdays and we will take care of delivering the item you wanted.

We currently are operating and delivering within the limits of the Czech Republic. Our support and customer service works in Czech, English, and Russian languages and our payments are made in Euro and CZK. Delivery to the other countries is available upon request.

Returning an item or making a refund currently requires a reason and is available with the decision of a discussion. We're not responsible for the damage caused by the delivery company and refund doesn't include the delivery fee. Refund fee amount is 3€ per item.
